Ongoing budget advice is available to anyone in the community who is seeking financial guidance with their week to week expenses.
A Financial consultant will be assigned to you and you will attend a 30 minute appointment to establish a needs assessment.
A budget checklist and monthly planner will be completed and an assessment of your financial position will be discussed acknowledging all avenues of your income and outgoings.
They will then work along side of you for as long as necessary to ensure that you are on the right path to successful money management.
Total-Money Management
Total-Money Management is available to anyone in the community who is experiencing significant financial hardship.
In this service the client is interviewed to establish an in depth analysis of their liabilities, then in consultation with the client - we formulate a budget to pay outstanding debts. Once established, a budget and planner is created which also produces a goal setting and savings
program, arrangements are made with creditors and the service then handles the clients monies to ensure that payments are in fact being made to
the creditors as promised on a regular basis. Clients will come weekly for their allowances and know that all debts and ongoing payments are being paid; rent, mortgage, power, phone, bank overdraft, school fees, finance companies, collection agencies and
money put aside for warrant of fitness and car registration. A saving plan will also be initiated.
As debts are being cleared and money becomes available we suggest the clients open a bank account and that some of the extra money and their weekly allowance be paid directly into this account, giving them partial independence and with our on going training, learning how to manage finances in their bank account.
Finally when all debts are cleared the family or individual needs to leave our Services to become completely independent again knowing we are always there if necessary.
